Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Surprise, AZ seeks a Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas during a Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM shift. The role provides some work direction to custodial staff and supports the Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training.

You will operate motorized cleaning equipment, track inventory and supplies, perform safety inspections, and report incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license; may be required to drive to client sites.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supply inventory.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Monitor PPE usage and supplies.
