Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning operations across assigned facilities. You will perform janitorial duties, manage daily schedules, and provide direction to custodians under the Custodial Supervisor’s guidance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in cleaning roles, and CPR/First Aid certification. You’ll drive to job sites as needed and help ensure safety and high-quality cleaning standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver's license may be required based on business needs; maintain clean MVR.
• Completion of safety and task training; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and duties listed on daily schedule.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and track inventory.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections; report incidents.
• Monitor PPE usage and correct at-risk behavior; drive to locations when needed.
