Job summary

American Senior Communities Beech Grove Meadows is seeking a Culinary Aide for full-time evening shifts. You will assist with meal prep and service to ensure residents receive safe, nutritious and delicious meals, while helping maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area.

Join our ASC team and collaborate with culinary leaders to meet residents' dietary needs, set up trays, support service staff, and keep equipment clean.

Qualifications

• Must have commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work with culinary team and leaders.
• Sanitation/Safe Food Handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and portions of meal items according to the menu and resident diet requirements.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace by cleaning equipment as needed.
