Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a dedicated Culinary Aide for the full-time evening shift at Betz Nursing Home in Indiana. You will assist with meal prep and service, help maintain a clean kitchen, and support residents with nutritious meals in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling preferred; can be earned after joining ASC.
• Prior restaurant server experience preferred.
• Commitment to customer service is required.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work effectively with culinary team and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal prep and portions according to menu and resident diets.
• Set up trays and carts for service and assist with dining room flow.
• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs and ensure a positive experience.
• Help collect soiled trays and wash dishes; maintain a clean, sanitary workplace.
• Aid in maintaining kitchen equipment and overall hygiene.
