Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Culinary Aide for Coventry Meadows in Indiana to support residents with safe, nutritious meals and an orderly dining area. The role is full-time with an evening shift, partnering with culinary leaders to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Prior server experience and sanitation certification are preferred, with strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork. You will assist with meal prep, set up trays, help service staff, and maintain a clean,

Qualifications

• Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling (preferred).
• Prior restaurant server experience preferred.
• Commitment to customer service is required.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work with culinary team and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs and ensure positive dining experiences.
• Assist in preparation and portioning of meals according to menus and resident diets.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace by cleaning equipment and surfaces.
