PIH Health invites applications for a CT Technologist on the Downey, CA campus. The role supports the Imaging/Radiology department with full-time, evening shift coverage, delivering high-quality CT imaging while prioritizing patient safety and comfort in a busy hospital environment.

Ideal candidates hold BCLS and ARRT credentials, with CT certification preferred, and experience with Toshiba scanners. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus to assist diverse patients and families in our community.

Qualifications

• Valid BCLS certification.
• ARRT (R) certification.
• Certificate in venipuncture.
• Previous CT experience in a hospital environment.
• Experience with Toshiba 64 scanner.
• ARRT (CT) is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality CT imaging procedures using the lowest radiation dose possible as ordered by a licensed practitioner.
• Provide patient-centric care in an acute care hospital setting.
• Exercise independent professional and ethical judgment in imaging duties.
• Maintain imaging equipment and uphold radiation safety protocols.
