Newark Beth Israel Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures and provide patient care in the Cat Scan department, under hourly scheduling in the evening shift in New Jersey. Eligible candidates must be AMA-trained radiologic technologists, ARRT-CT registered, hold NJ license, and complete orientation programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
• NJ License required
• Successful completion of Orientation Programs

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• Exercises professional judgment in the performance of procedures and patient care.
• Conducts other related duties assigned and maintains knowledge of other areas in the department.
• Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient's age-specific needs and provide age-specific treatment and care.

Education
