Job summary

Trinity Services, Inc. is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP or Therapist) to provide services in the Living Room program in Grundy County, Illinois. You will respond in person to mental health crisis visits, assess and support clients, promote recovery, and collaborate with staff to form action plans.

Hours are 3pm–11pm with rotation on weekends and holidays. Required: Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work, Spanish bilingual preferred, valid driver license, background

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Valid driver license / automobile liability insurance including uninsured motorist coverage.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Respond in person to mental health crisis visits as part of Living Room team.
• Conduct crisis assessments and develop action plans with clients.
• Maintain required documentation including assessments and progress notes.
• Assist in daily Living Room upkeep and participate in on-call rotation.
• Coordinate outreach and connect clients with community resources.
