Job summary

Pace is seeking a Courier for an on-site role in North Royalton, OH. You will manage the pickup, transport, and delivery of environmental samples and materials, ensuring data integrity and timely operations.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced laboratory support setting. You will operate a company vehicle equipped with GPS/telematics and safety cameras, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 5:00 PM–1:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to learn and follow transportation policies and procedures.
• Strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples and materials.
• Review and process transport documents and related information.
• Prepare vehicle for daily operations including safety checks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of transports and observations.
• Support staff and management with sample transport procedures.
• Escalate issues and suggest process improvements as needed.
• Promote a positive, customer-focused work environment.
