Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Eurest division in Mars Snacking, 1001 Texas Central Parkway, Waco, TX 76712, is hiring for full-time and part-time COOK positions. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–10:00 pm, with every other Saturday required.

A grill, fryer and cash-handling background is required, with a fixed pay rate of $18.50 per hour. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality food to standardized recipes, portioning, serving or delivering, maintaining temperatures, and supporting ordering

Qualifications

• Must have some experience with a grill, fryer and cash handling.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with proper portioning and temperatures.
• Cleans kitchen and maintains high cleanliness standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies.
• Maintains HACCP standards and safety practices.
• Reports maintenance needs and works with team to ensure smooth service.
