Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service and maintains records from area worked.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portions.
• Carries pans and trays safely between stations and maintains sanitation standards.
• Stores foods properly and maintains safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes assigned work areas and equipment.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and management.
• Performs job safely and may perform other duties as assigned.
