Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with pay range $18.00–$20.00 per hour. Experience in line cook positions is required, with opportunities to advance through a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience required.
• Takes orders from customers and handles short prep items.
• Serves customers efficiently and courteously following standards.
• Uses approved recipes and production guidelines to ensure quality.
• Maintains safety and sanitation while handling food and equipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare grill items and serve at the grill station.
• Take and fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Ensure food is served at correct temperatures and appetizing.
• Follow portions, recipes, and production standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
