Job summary

Parkhurst Dining, part of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, is hiring cooks for full-time and part-time roles. We offer afternoon/evening shifts 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM or 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM, and weekend availability. You will work under Parkhurst recipes, maintain quality and safety, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen team.

The role emphasizes independence, following standardized recipes, and attention to food service standards. Experience in institutional food service or catering is a plus.

Qualifications

• Standing and walking for long periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Must be able to work independently and follow standardized recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce batch cooking.
• Maintain quality and safety of food throughout service, using production sheets.
• Ensure proper line presentation and serving temperatures as specified.
• Communicate effectively with line servers about daily items.
• Complete daily production sheets.
