Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and batch cooking methods.
• Ensure food quality and proper line presentation.
• Maintain proper serving temperatures and use correct utensils.
• Coordinate with line servers regarding daily specials and items.
• Complete daily production sheets.
