Ondus Restaurant at the AC Marriott Vancouver Waterfront is seeking a PM shift Cook to join our dining team. You will follow established recipes, prep lists, and production notes to deliver high-quality meals in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include learning menus, coordinating with chefs and servers, and maintaining clean, organized workstations while ensuring guest satisfaction and consistency across service periods.

Qualifications

• Read and follow standardized recipes, production instructions and portion guidelines.
• Strong teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn menus, recipes, preparation, and presentation.
• Prepare sauces, soups, proteins, vegetables, starches and other components.
• Cook and finish food for plated meals, receptions, and catered events.
• Coordinate schedules and service needs with chefs and servers.
• Keep workstations organized and stock service areas.
