Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute daily food preparation and production activities per recipes and schedules.
• Support kitchen leadership to maintain quality, safety and efficiency.
• Operate ovens, mixers, blixers, steam kettles and other production equipment.
• Monitor logs and ensure proper labeling, FIFO/FEFO and sanitation practices.
• Escalate equipment issues to prevent production delays and ensure safety.
