Qualifications

• One year or more of customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail sales, or luxury services.
• Ability to solve problems through communication and ingenuity.
• Impeccable attention to detail and pride in quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and prospective residents.
• Monitor security systems and security cameras.
• Respond to resident emergencies and contact maintenance staff.
• Assist managers in conducting regular social events at properties.
