Job summary

Vitality Living is seeking a friendly Concierge for Acclaim at East Beach Community to greet residents and families, manage the reception desk, and support daily administrative tasks. You will respond to questions, relay information to leadership, handle emergencies calmly, and participate in onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED accepted.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.
• Effective English communication in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception desk during assigned period and perform administrative duties.
• Respond to residents' family questions and concerns and share information with leadership as appropriate.
• Handle emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Organize incoming mail and distribute to the appropriate person.
• Attend onboarding and annual training, in-services and team meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Business Office Director.
