Job summary

Blue Bottle Coffee is seeking production team members for our West Sacramento facility, supporting packaging operations for our coffee and Digital subscribers. You will prepare, weigh, bag, label and pack beans, and keep the area clean and organized.

Shifts are Sunday to Thursday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Candidates should love coffee, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, read and speak English, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse with Food Safety and GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Love coffee, food and guest experiences.
• Experience in fast-paced production environments.
• Able to read and speak English proficiently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill coffee bean orders with attention to detail.
• Prepare production line: blending, weighing, bagging, organizing beans.
• Assemble, pack, label and organize coffee bags with care.
• Maintain station and warehouse cleanliness after production runs.
• Support team and report issues to keep production smooth.
• Participate in weekly machine maintenance and follow safety rules.
• Adhere to Food Safety, Quality, and GMP guidelines.
