Job summary

Blue Bottle Coffee in West Sacramento is seeking production team members to join our packaging crew. You will fulfill bean orders, prepare the production line, and assemble, pack, and label coffee bags for guests and digital subscribers.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working Sunday to Thursday 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm, and reading and speaking English proficiently. We offer comprehensive benefits and employee discounts on products.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill coffee bean orders with accuracy and care.
• Prepare the production line with blending, weighing, bagging, and organizing beans.
• Assemble, pack, label, and organize coffee bags.
• Maintain clean and organized station and warehouse.
• Support team to keep production running smoothly.
• Participate in weekly machine maintenance and report issues.
• Follow Food Safety, Quality, and GMP rules.
