Job summary

Crystal Group is hiring a 2nd Shift CNC Operator to support the CNC department in manufacturing precision components for rugged computer servers. You will operate CNC mills, surface finishing equipment, and vibratory tumblers, ensuring targets, quality, and safety standards are met.

You will set up machines, load tooling, inspect parts with precision measurement tools, and document results. Collaborative team environment with overtime as needed and on-site work.

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with G-code and CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and finishing equipment per job specs and blueprints.
• Load materials and tooling, adjust settings, ensure proper alignment and calibration.
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers.
• Monitor machining operations and adjust for quality and efficiency.
• Complete documentation including travelers, inspection reports, and time logs.
