Job summary

MD&A Parts Division is hiring a CNC Machinist for 2nd shift (evenings) with potential training on 1st shift. The role offers base pay with substantial incentive and overtime opportunities.

Typical duties include calculating tolerances, tracking labor hours, maintaining tools, and setting up machines per blueprints. Overtime shifts may be available Friday through Saturday; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Horizontal Mill, Horizontal Lathe, Vertical Mill and Vertical Turret Lathe.
• Experience with CNC and/or manual machine tools.
• Ability to read and use quality control tools (Vernier calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges).
• Willing to work overtime and off shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using math.
• Capture labor hours with in-house tracking software.
• Maintain machine tools and equipment per daily maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate Toshiba and Mazak turning centers.
• Design set-ups based on blueprint requirements.
