Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC (MD&A) parts division seeks an experienced CNC Machinist for 2nd shift (evenings) with potential overtime. Training on 1st shift may be required. The role involves setting up and operating CNC and manual machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring accurate tolerances.

The position offers competitive base pay with incentive compensation and opportunities for overtime, with a schedule Monday–Thursday and potential Friday/Saturday overtime during busy periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Horizontal Mill, Horizontal Lathe, Vertical Mill and Vertical Turret Lathe.
• Experience with CNC and/or manual machine tools.
• Ability to read Vernier calipers, micrometers, indicators and gauges.
• Willing to work overtime and off shifts.

Responsabilités

• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using math skills.
• Use in-house software to capture labor hours on jobs.
• Maintain machine tools and related equipment per daily schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Work with Toshiba and Mazak Vertical Turning Centers.
• Design set-ups based on blueprint requirements.
