TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a correctional healthcare setting in Wisconsin. The CNA will provide direct patient care under supervision, support ADLs, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges in a secure facility.

The role requires Wisconsin CNA Certification (or reciprocity), at least 1 year of CNA experience, CPR/BLS, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA Certification (or eligibility for reciprocity).
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a secure correctional healthcare environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor and document vital signs, height, weight, and patient observations.
• Report changes in patient condition or behavior to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Prepare exam and treatment areas.
• Assist nurses with routine procedures and patient care activities.
• Collect and transport specimens according to facility protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Keep patient care areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver care.
