Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a correctional facility in Wisconsin. The role provides direct patient care under licensed staff, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and clinical monitoring in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold active CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work calmly under stress in a secure facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for patients in a correctional setting.
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and other clinical indicators.
• Observe patients and escalate changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Support intake screenings, transfers, and discharge processes.
• Assist nursing staff during assessments, treatments, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR or paper records.
• Follow safety, security, and HIPAA guidelines within the facility.
• Maintain professional boundaries with patients at all times.
