Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor and record vitals and patient care data as directed.
• Observe and report changes to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with patient intake, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity and professional boundaries.
