Job summary

White Oak of Columbia in Columbia, SC is seeking compassionate CNAs for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. Full-time and part-time positions available, with every-other-weekend requirements.

Competitive hourly base pay and shift differentials are offered, with potential to earn up to $27.50 per hour on weekend shifts. As a CNA, you will care for our residents' daily needs, support independence, and work closely with a dedicated team to create a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina CNA certification required.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong teamwork and communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with CNAs and nurses to deliver high-quality care.
