Job summary

The Catholic Health McAuley Residence SNF Sub Acute is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with individualized care plans. This full-time role (FTE 1.0) works evenings with weekend and holiday rotation and participates in the THRIVE program for employee education and support during the first year.

Education requirements include NYS CNA certification (or waiver) and completion of a 100-hour nurse aide course; strong English

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• New York State Certified or deemed waived.
• Completion of a 100-hour nurse aide course.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to the individualized plan of care.
• Support residents and participate in the THRIVE program education and Workforce Coach during the first year of employment.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation reflecting care provided.
