Job summary

Catholic Health seeks a Certified Nurse Assistant at Mercy Nursing Facility SNF Post Acute in the evenings, with weekend and holiday rotation. The CNA assists residents with activities of daily living per the individualized plan of care and ensures comfort and safety during care.

This full-time role (3:00pm-11:00pm) offers a 1.0 FTE and eligibility for the THRIVE program that supports new hires with education and a Workforce Coach in the first year of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• New York State Certified Nurse Aide (NYS CNA) or waived.
• Completion of an approved 100-hour nurse aide course.
