Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Needham, MA is hiring CNAs for full-time and PRN roles with daily pay options. The position offers competitive pay between $17 and $26 per hour and includes shift differentials and benefits.

As a CNA, you will support residents with daily living activities, observe changes, and work with a team to ensure safety, dignity, and quality of life. A valid CNA license and BLS/CPR are required; a compassionate, reliable teammate is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
