Job summary

Good Shepherd Home Bethlehem is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our 60-bed long-term care team on the evening shift (3:00PM–11:30PM). This full-time position offers a new sign-on bonus, increased shift differential, tuition reimbursement, and strong opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic Life Support / CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• Previous rehabilitation or LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain unit environment and document care accurately.
• Respect residents' rights and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate changes in resident status to licensed staff.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure resident safety and infection control compliance.
