Job summary

Good Shepherd is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care that promotes resident comfort, dignity, and independence. The CNA will support residents with activities of daily living, work closely with the nursing team, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents receive high-quality care.

Compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour with full-time or part-time evening and night shifts, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible

Qualifications

• Current state CNA certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide direct resident care and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Document resident care accurately and timely; maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
