Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have completed approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping in resident rooms and common areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency alerts.
• Assist residents with meal times and dining room transitions.
• Support residents during move-in and provide emotional support.
• Document resident status and report concerns to supervisors.
