Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain, MA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (PCA) to join the patient care team. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant license required.
• AHA Heartsaver, CPR and AED program required.
• Prior PCA/CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The PCA functions as a member of the patient care team under the RN, performing tasks such as blood glucose monitoring, EKGs, dressings, aseptic technique, and CPR/AED responses.
• Respond to patient and family needs and support efficient unit operation, upholding patient- and family-centered care.
