Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (PCA) to join the patient care team under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.

You will support clinical tasks such as blood glucose monitoring, EKGs, wound dressings, and aseptic technique, and respond to medical emergencies using Heartsaver CPR and AED skills; prior PCA/CNA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant license required.
• AHA Heartsaver CPR and AED training required.
• Prior PCA/CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support RN with patient care tasks and unit operations.
• Monitor blood glucose and perform EKGs as needed.
• Apply simple dressings and maintain aseptic technique.
• Respond to medical emergencies using Heartsaver CPR/AED.
