Job summary

Reedsburg Area Medical Center is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care for tenants in a long-term care setting. The role emphasizes communication with families and the healthcare team to meet tenant needs.

The position requires CNA registry, BLS certification, and completion of Medication Administration training. Shifts are Monday–Friday 3PM-11PM with every other weekend and holiday, with full benefits for 24+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• State/Federal registry of CNAs desired.
• BLS certification required.
• Meets health requirements.
• Successful completion of Medication Administration Class.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to tenants as assigned.
• Coordinate with family, tenants and healthcare team to address needs.
• Support charge nurse to ensure tenant care is delivered efficiently.
