Job summary

Life Care Services’ Acacia Health Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for evening shifts. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, take vitals, and support treatments in a welcoming senior-living setting.

Ideal candidates have completed an approved CNA program, hold an Arizona CNA license, CPR/BLS/AED, and can lift up to 20 lbs. Flu vaccine is required. Starting pay: $19.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA training program.
• Current Arizona CNA license.
• CPR/BLS/AED certifications.
• English communication and documentation skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and assist with ADLs.
• Take vital signs and support treatments.
• Respond to call lights and maintain room safety.
• Change linens, tidy rooms, and keep sanitary conditions.
