Job summary

As a CNA, you will provide supportive services, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate dining services, and report any changes to the nurse supervisor. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
