Job summary

TalentBurst in Waterloo, NY seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for a 14-week onsite contract starting 11/17/2026. Shifts are Day and Full-Time Evenings, 5x7.5 hours per week—total 37.5 hours weekly—with weekend/evening requirements.

Applicants must have NYS NA Certification and BLS; prior LTC CNA experience preferred. You will work under licensed staff to deliver resident care, document per policy, and support safety and comfort for adults and geriatric residents.

Qualifications

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification required.
• BLS required (AHA or RQI certs).
• One year of experience in LTC or CNA capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet residents' ADL needs per plan of care and policies; document per protocol.
• Maintain unit safety and cleanliness; respond to call lights; ensure safe environment; document activities.
• Support residents' nutritional needs per plan of care; assist with meals and feeding as required.
• Assist with rehabilitative activities such as ROM, ambulation, transfers; ensure proper body alignment.
• Report changes in resident status to charge or supervising nurse per policy.
