Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Currently certified in New York State as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist residents with activities per individualized care plans; transport to and from activities; provide leisure activities; perform evaluations and reporting; offer emotional support to residents and families.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe resident environment.
• Support families, direct them to appropriate staff; respond to resident requests promptly; provide reports to team members and leaders.
