Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for DeMay Living Center in Newark, NY. This full-time evening shift (2pm–10pm) supports the nursing team with high-quality, individualized resident care and essential daily activities.

You will participate in safety, documentation, and family communication while contributing to a compassionate care environment. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $4,500 and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Currently certified in New York State as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Service - Provide and/or assist the resident in activities necessary as per individualized care planning; transport as needed; provide leisure activities; report and document; offer emotional support
• Safety - Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
• Communication & Documentation - Support families, respond to resident requests, hand off reports to team
