Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and provide person-centered care. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living and implementing care plans to meet residents' needs.

Schedule is 7pm-11pm, part-time, with a requirement to commit to one full week of orientation (Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm).

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current Colorado CNA certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths and routines while providing comfort and companionship.
• Assist with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
