Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living in a person-centered care approach. Join a community focused on resident well-being and growth.

Compensation ranges from $21.50 to $26.50 per hour, plus shift differentials; 12-hour day or night shifts with every other weekend; full-time and part-time opportunities, including 7pm-11pm part-time. Wind Crest is in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current Colorado CNA certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be available all year for employment.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.

Job Description

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation: $21.50 to $26.50 (max)/hour (depending on experience and QMAP Certificate), plus shift differentials

Schedule: 12 hour Day or Night shifts, rotating schedules with every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) required. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

We also have 7pm-11pm part-time schedules available.

Sign On: $1,500 sign on bonus for full time

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
