Job summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan Society Robbinsdale SCC assists residents with daily living and basic nursing tasks during the evening shift at the Robbinsdale, MN location. Under RN supervision, you’ll provide compassionate, resident-centered care and support a positive dining and living experience.

Required CNA certification and active licensure; high school diploma preferred; 16+; facility-supplied training and ongoing competency testing ensure ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Minimum age 16.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with State Board required within four months.
• CNA training and certification provided by facility.
• Competency testing and annual continuing education credits required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and vital sign collection.
• Help with transfers, positioning, range of motion, and mobility aid usage.
• Support meals, dining, hydration, and nutrition for residents.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
