Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of an RN.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing and meals.
• Obtain and record vital signs and support psychosocial needs.
• Assist with transfer, repositioning, and ROM exercises.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to charge nurse.
