Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing units. You will support ADLs, monitor vitals, and assist with care plans under RN/LPN supervision.

The role emphasizes resident dignity, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with a dedicated nursing team. Evening shifts (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) are available, with full-time hours and holiday coverage.

Formación

• Active State CNA license in good standing required.
• Minimum 3+ years CNA experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facilities required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with RN/LPN teams and follow care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, feeding, skin care, and ambulation.
• Measure and report vital signs, weights, and fluid I&O to supervising RN/LPN.
• Collaborate with nursing team to implement care plans and report changes promptly.
• Follow Universal Precautions and safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support resident privacy and confidentiality and orient residents and families as needed.
