Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a CNA to provide direct resident care in Memory Care or Skilled Nursing. The role requires compassion, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on care and support in Memory Care or Skilled Nursing.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests promptly.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being per care plans.
• Maintain a calm, respectful environment upholding resident dignity.
• Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
