Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC in Savage, MN is seeking a Full Time CNA for evening shifts. You will provide personal care, assist residents with daily living, and collaborate with the nursing team to deliver The Waters Way.

Qualifications include CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of nursing/resident assistant care experience. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

CNA certification is required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred.
Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.
Knowledge of Home Care Bill of Rights as it applies to the CNA.
Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems.
Commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care.

Responsibilities

Provides personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring.
Assist residents in dining.
Provides homemaking tasks.
Responds to and reports changes in resident health status and/or recommendations for changes to the resident plan of care.
Completes thorough daily charting.
Collaborates with other team members within the community to deliver The Waters Way.
