Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC in Savage, MN is seeking a Full Time CNA for evening shifts. You will provide personal care, assist residents with daily living, and collaborate with the nursing team to deliver The Waters Way.

Qualifications include CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of nursing/resident assistant care experience. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

The Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) provides a variety of services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our residents under the supervision of a Nurse. The CNA is responsible for providing strong customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect in all of the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Provides personal care services including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated
• Assist residents in dining
• Provides homemaking tasks
• Responds to and reports changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care
• Completes thorough daily charting
• Collaborates with other team members within the community to deliver The Waters Way

Qualifications:

• Certification/current registration as a nursing assistant (CNA)
• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English
