Job summary

Apploi in Florida is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our full-time care team for a 2 PM–10 PM shift. You will provide supportive services and assist residents with daily living activities per care plans, ensuring safety during mobility and transfers.

Responsibilities include coordinating dining, delivering supplements, recording intake, monitoring weight and skin condition, and documenting progress daily.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• No disciplinary action against certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining services: setup, delivery, feeding, documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake.
• Assists with weighing residents and reports changes to nurse.
• Monitors skin condition and reports issues to nurse.
• Assists with toileting program activities.
• Completes flow sheets daily and documents progress.
• Keeps nurse informed of factors disturbing the work.
• Reports changes in resident condition to nurse/supervisor.
